Where, O death, is your victory?

Where, O death, is your Sting?

I fear you no longer, O death.

Where, O death, is your victory?

Where, O death, is your Sting?

Your hold is gone; you have no reach on me, O death.

Where, O death, is your victory?

Where, O death, is your Sting?

They exist no longer, O death.

Where, O death, is your victory?

Where, O death, is your Sting?

I live for you no longer, O death, for victory in my Lord Jesus.

Where, O death, is your victory?

Where, O death, is your Sting?

This is a little poem that I was inspired to write from the last verse of 1 Corinthians 15:54 and verse 55. The title is 54. The two repeating verses are from 55.
